Welcome to Resumo. By creating an account or using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Resumo.
1. What Resumo is
Resumo is a website that helps you build resumes and keep your job-hunting documents in one place. It includes a resume builder, an Applicants Hub (document vault, office locator, photo studio and job tracker) and tools that suggest wording and keywords.
2. Your account
Give correct information and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell access to it.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, use Resumo only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
3. Free use and the Monthly plan
You can build and preview a resume for free. Downloads without a watermark and the Monthly features (saving several resume versions, ATS keyword tailoring and AI rewriting, the Applicants Hub and clean PDF downloads) need the Monthly plan. The Monthly plan costs the price shown at checkout (currently ₱99) for 30 days of access. We may change features or prices in the future. A change in price does not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. How payment works
You pay by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout, then submit the sender name, your bank reference number and a screenshot of your receipt.
We check each payment by hand and approve it once we see the money. Your 30 days start when we approve it, not when you send the money.
The plan does not renew by itself. When it ends you keep your saved data, but the Monthly features stop until you pay again.
We may reject a payment we cannot verify. Sending a fake or edited receipt will lead to a permanent ban. See the Refund Policy for what happens to your money.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you put into Resumo: resume text, photos and documents. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending the text you submit to an AI provider when you use an AI feature. You promise that your content is yours to use and that it is truthful.
6. Be honest on your resume
Resumo helps with wording and keywords. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume. Do not claim skills, jobs or qualifications you do not have. Our tailoring tools only use keywords that you confirm.
7. Acceptable use
No unlawful, hateful or misleading content, and no impersonation.
Upload only documents and photos that belong to you or that you have permission to use.
No hacking, scraping, overloading the service or trying to get around the Monthly plan.
No fake reviews or testimonials.
8. AI features and Photo Studio
Suggestions from AI features, the Photo Studio and the prompt generator may contain mistakes. Always read and check the result before you use it. The ChatGPT prompt tool only prepares text for you to use on another service, which has its own terms.
9. No promise of a job
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any result from an applicant tracking system. The Requirement Locator shows links and map searches for offices such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, NBI, PSA and DFA. Opening hours, rules and requirements change, so always confirm with the agency. Resumo is not connected to or endorsed by any government agency.
10. Reviews you submit
If you send a review, you allow us to show it on the site with the name and role you gave. We decide which reviews to publish.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep Resumo running but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update the service or these Terms. When we make important changes we will post the new date at the top of this page.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using Resumo at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.
13. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, Resumo is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed job opportunities or lost data, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine law that cannot be removed.
14. Governing law
These Terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If we have a disagreement, let us try to solve it together first by messaging us. If that does not work, the courts of the Philippines will decide.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Resumo collects, why, and what your rights are under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.
1. What we collect
Account: your email address and a password (handled by our login provider, so we cannot read it).
Resume content: everything you type, such as name, contact details, work history, education, skills, references, languages and, if you choose to add them, date of birth, civil status, nationality and religion.
Photos: your resume photo.
Requirements Vault: pictures of documents you upload, such as clearances, government IDs and certificates, and expiry dates you set.
Job tracker: the applications and notes you enter.
Payments: the sender name, bank reference number and receipt screenshot you submit, and the date and amount. We never receive your bank login details.
Reviews: the name, role and text you submit.
Browser storage: your browser keeps a login session and a draft of your resume on your device.
2. Why we use it
To run your account and save your resumes, to let you download and tailor them, to store your documents, to check and record payments, to give you support, and to keep the service secure. We use it because you gave it to us and because we need it to provide the service you asked for.
3. Sensitive information
Some things you may add are sensitive under the law, such as religion or the contents of government IDs. Adding them is your choice. We use them only to show them on your resume or keep them in your vault, never for advertising.
4. AI features
When you click an AI feature such as AI tailoring, we send the job description and the resume text you submitted to an AI provider so it can write the result. We do not send your photos or vault documents. Auto-enhance for photos runs in your own browser. The ChatGPT prompt tool only prepares text: if you use it, you decide what to share with that service.
5. Who we share it with
Our cloud provider (Supabase) for login, the database and file storage.
The AI provider described above, only when you use an AI feature.
Google Maps, when you open a map link: it opens on Google and is covered by Google's policy.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Who can see your information
Your resumes, photos and vault documents are stored in private storage and are tied to your account. Our team uses account details, plan status and payment receipts to verify payments and give support. Reviews you submit become public only after we approve them.
7. Security
We use private storage, per-account access rules and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly safe. If a breach that could harm you happens, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your resumes, photos, vault documents and tracker entries within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
9. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to object to its use, to ask for it to be deleted or blocked, to receive a copy of it, and to claim damages if you were harmed. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). To use any of these rights, message us on our Facebook or Threads page.
10. Children
Resumo is not meant for children under 15. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
Refund Policy

Resumo is a digital service paid by bank transfer. The Monthly plan is for 30 days and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
1. When we refund you in full
We could not verify or approve your payment, so you were charged but did not get access.
You paid twice for the same month by mistake. We refund the extra payment.
The amount we received was wrong because of our error.
You reported a problem on our side that stopped the paid features from working, and we could not fix it within 3 days.
2. When we do not refund
You changed your mind after using paid features, for example you downloaded a clean PDF, saved documents in the vault, used AI tailoring or used the Photo Studio.
Your plan already ended.
You did not get an interview or a job.
You sent money to a wrong account or gave wrong payment details.
3. If we reject your payment
If we reject a payment, you will see the reason in your account. Message us with your reference code and we will return the money to the account you sent it from.
4. How to ask for a refund
Message our official Facebook or Threads page within 7 days after your payment was approved. Include your reference code (it looks like RSM-A1B2C3), the name on the account you paid from, and the date you paid. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the same bank account you paid from.
